Asunto: Canada Senior NT Discussion

Hogwash, all this is my fault for not posting "vote for kokio!" in my profile. I figured it was well-known how good of job he did. Foolish me.

In first two days of the new season I was trying to set frindlies, but it was not possible yet... also my bad that I didn`t try days after that... but I think its not too late for fulfill all dates

Honestly...

kback is GM. He won on a fair elections. He can do whatever he want.. of course. When he is online. I have bad feeling about asisstant job in this situation. Unknown role.

Don`t get me wrong. I like this Canada team and all NT players a lot. I lead them like they were "my " players. Great potential. Strong team. With or without medal - you also need some luck for such great two seasons. My point is that I love to have full control (Alex also helped me) by tactics and formations. This is my biggest passion in all ppm game - soccer setup But I don`t want to force my decisions over GM. Or be a observer of a "bad" decisions - can be painful for me

I do care what will happen with this team evan If I`m not part of this community. I and Alex put a lot of work into this. The basis for the following challenges is excellent. I don`t know what to do... maybe one canadian manager to help kback. Don`t understand me like I`m not able to be an assistant. To someone I trust and have good understanding - no problem. This situation is a bit complicated.

I meant if Kback wouldn't login and Canada's could ask PPM to assign an assistant to the team.

No news? He was connected yesterday and the day before. But no change to the lineup or tactics today. And more important, still no friendlies set.

Nor a reply to any of my 3 emails. I'll speak with Vlady on Monday but I doubt there is anything we can do.

Message sent to PPM HQ for help in dealing with this. Will keep all apprised.

Well, I was appointed an emergency assistant. However, I cannot schedule friendlies. So, there's that. But I can look after formation at least. No new additions or cuts either.

Easy job for the next few weeks then

I will forget! Remind me before qualifiers. Just a shame for chem...

He set a new formation, 3-3-4. Do I change it?
