No, I think the other parameters can be read of the statistics, at least approximately. Aggressiveness from the fouls, fk and cards; Offside traps from ... offsides; and the side of attacks by the ball possession on the field. The other three are not so easily read of the statistics.
Like you said, in rl a manager could see the tactics from the match and in ppm you could now (theoretically) see all the tactics in the match report.

Or there were not enough space on the match report for all tactics... Still, it seems a bit artificial.

Offsides and Aggressiveness can't be seen from one match, on long rune U can see it, but in one match You can't... just because of the chance which people tends to call 'Random'

You're right, that's what I meant. You can guess from the match reports if you watch them closely.
But I have no idea how one could guess defense play for example.

I can guess defense play and possession even without those new changes. Apart from it, I can't see offside traps at all... Teams which play with lone striker have more offsides even if someone don't use offside traps against him, otherwise when someone plays with 3 strikers they don't get to much offsides even if he plays against teams that uses Offside trap often...

In my last 4 games i had 1 striker and got 1 offside/match...

Play more than one match and You will see... as I already told there is no way to judge rightly just looking at one match...

From when is 4 matches 1 match?

4 matches is still small sample to collect data from...

He almost reaches the end-line and sends in a near post teaser. But Daniël Mantheij is called offside and the move breaks down.

How can that be an offside? Almost at the end line? The guy who he's crossing to is behind the ball line. If not he would be on the goalies toes.

I get this almost every single match. How come? I want him to simply cross the ball in, not go for some combination. How can i influence this?

You can't.
The story is just an illusion, so you shouldn't pay too much attention to it. Instead you should read the previous as:

1. free kick event started
2. pass vs shoot check, pass won
3. defenseman vs attacker check or pass check or other skill checks, ->defenceman succeeds in defence check or kicker failed passing check
4. free kick event ended

well, they've made some poor choices for the story then.

What use is there for us to view the match live or afterwards if the texts don't mean anything?
