I dont know about paulo but playr "A-skill" below 60 plays to get ranking 7.

That's the player who gets 7 on normal. So I guess if he play high on home soil it could be 8.

I have talked with one player. But its of course second hand info... But playr is now on my scouting list so soon I will se hes values...
The "a-skill" doesn't need to be 60, at least that's what I've seen with one goalkeeper with a mark 7. However, he had very high secondary skills and his contibution to team's goalkeeping (the stars) was even lower than mine, when my keeper trained by 4-3-2-1 gets 5* in home matches.

It's 4-3-2-1 mainly, although the second table from Guide makes some changes in trainings.

Indeed i said that i have a player with 7,but i only said that because that player had a 6 in a away game, and so based in my experience i think that today he will take a 7,because i play at home.
