What is the format of International competitions (CL and CWC) after group stage? Does clubs from Europe, South America and the Rest of the World will play against each other at some point of this competitions?

I made a mistake while selling a player. I set the time at 19.45, thinking it was still the PPM time. However, since I had set the timezone to EST, it appears that the deadline is set right during the daily update. What will happen? Will the deadline be moved before or after the update or am I out of luck?

Bad luck indeed, the best that could happen is that nobody bids on it, I pay a 50,000 fee and I sell it again later

Most of the things are pretty clear to me (like for off-sides; teams which have the majority of off-sides usually plays with lone striker up-front), but one of them I really can't figure out:

Why some teams gets so many penalties and others don't???

2 questionsI'm waiting since a long time:

1) how could I influence the yellow cards that I get. I know about the agression I could set. but I mean is there any other possibility to influence this? it should be I mean! In hockey there is a ratio between agg/tech. is there some similar thing in soccer?

2) how could I decrease the offside situations of my team? I know about the possibility of my oponent, he could set how his team will play in defense. but could I avoid that my players run into offised also if my oponent plays hard for offsides?

I guess this are very important informations we do not have until now. And I guess in soccer, this are main important things for a good trained team. So I guess we should know somehing about this 2 points in near time!?
