About offsides I can say looking at statistics. Teams that play with lone forward tend to have more offsides than those ones who play with 2 or more.. That's the thing U can influence...

It would be good to have the same statistics for different leagues. The statistics for just one league is not big enough to draw conclusions I think.
I really have to check the offside-one forward-thing. As for the cards, it's probably a good idea to scout some of the more frequent sinners - but I fear this good be inconclusive as long as the sample is not big enough, too.

A friend of mine is working on Bosnian II.3 league and U can do it for your league, someone also can do it for another league...

I really don't know about Vista, at least I know that it works with Win2000, XP and Win7...

I don't think you have the option to import data from PPM ! You must add ala data manually ! Isn't it IzzaX ?
Yeah. Unfortunately, the data must be added manually
