I get the impression that it means the 2 attributes (speed and tech in case of a goalie) both have major influences, but are not necessarily identical attributes. ie. one could be 80% of primary the other 70%.
Or maybe they have the same influence for goalie (f.e. both are 80%), but 1st category attributes for other player positions have different influence (f.e. 70%) ?
Furthermore, I imagine that the be ratio to use is one that suits your team. Ie, if you have a lot of players with good speed, then specifically training your guys to be high-intensity (speedy) type players can benefit you.

Is it possible that central forward need more speed than side forward ??
Is it possible that heading for central forward have small influence ?? I know great central forwards - slow with strong heading. There should be some diversity - there could be good forward with strong heading or speed.
And it really looks like there is a place for shooting in that table for central forwards ???

just like heading. heading is important for centre forward because a lot of the times he is required to finish the play off with a header. however, this table does not include the shooting part of the play. only the rest.
so that means that centre forward doesnt need to use heading much in his play except for when he is on a receiving end of a cross into the penalty area. and centre forward is the most likely target of a cross into the penalty area.

all first placed teams will be ordered based on points and goal difference, then all second placed teams and the top team will play the last team in that ranking. thats how it works.
