Where did "Top: Matches" go for soccer?

When a new manager comes to a team, what is the OTR for that team/manager ?

Whatever it was before he got there.

If it's a new team id, at the begining of the season it's 30pts

Question:
Does offense attribute have influence on Individual skill ?

It is an average of skills of all players from the starting line-up.

Questions:
Is it a simple average value, for example SUM of tech, pass, shoot, speed, head of all players / 11.
Or it depends on positions on the field and selected free kick and corner takers ??

you could simply try and calculate and you would find out

Or there is some mistake, or for forwards is some different ratio ???

You should consider shooting attribute too !

it is also said in the guide that 2 attributes in the same category, dont have to have the same influence.

I personally train my goalies in head much more than the guide suggests, as one could argue that this attribute would influence jumping for catches.

I don't see shooting in table. I know it's vary important for individual plays - but I am not sure if shooting is included for positions.

yes, the sum is the same for every position

Not for "positions" no, but it is vital for players to be effective scorers in their position. This applies mainly to forwards and midfielders, but defenders can definitely use it also.

So ... 2 attributes in same category must be in same range for perfect ratio, but it's possible that in GE to have different influences ?
