yes it works for every team that I looked at. And I think it's logical - teamwork is the most important factor.

I guess it's because of rounding values and adding exact values for total average.
For example:
a = 0.6, gets rounded to 1
b = 0.6, gets rounded to 1
c = 2.6, get rounded to 3

The average of rounded values is 5/3, rouded value would be 2 and the average of exact falues is 3.8/3, which rounds to 1.

As per guide, in competitive game with low importance seasonal energy decreases 0.08

I have to agree, that I have noticed that my OTS went up from 23 to 25 over the course of 2 games... all I gained was 2 teamwork stars.

What skills are important for not getting cards and committing so many fouls?

I'm playing tournament. One of admins of this tournament wrote me e-mail and ask to play on low all tournament matches. I thougth that if I wouldn't play on low I just won't recieve some addition credits which admins are going to give top scorers or smth else. I don't want it so I decide to play matches on that validity which I want.
But yesterday I saw match in my group wich one team win with F 3:0. Match was played 0:0 but team which set normal validity lost in tournament.
But what about rule
"It is forbidden: to influence the results based on agreement with the manager of the opposing team"
Is't this is the agreement??? This is not fair.
Moderators, pls do smth with this tournament ( soccer.powerplaymanager.c... ) or with rules. One of two.
