We played draw with Estonia which is current no1 in our qualification group and I think that is a great result for us...I hope we will get our first win in this qualifications with Ireland coming next...They are better than us in the midfield but we have advantage in all the others aspects... Just need to be optimistic

Hello guys, I hope you liked what have I been doing with the national team so far... I would like another season on this position until the end of the qualifications. For next match I have called up some players that are proprably going to play for us in the next season. Also I am going to try and play again with wings in the midfield. We still don't have good wings. It's hard to find them. But I hope the one we have will get the job done.

Kai O'Hare looked good on the wings. I think you have the makings of a good team.

How is the scouting going? Do you need any info about 15 or 16 year olds you haven't scouted?

I have on my scouting list 15 years old potentials and I think I got it covered for now You can send me info about 16 years old maybe I missed someone...

So far so good... The friendlies are looking good for us...we started to use wings in out tactics again and the whole picture looks good. We have two positive results in two friendly matches. First one was the away win over Algeria 3:1 and today was the home draw against Turkey. I am trying to rotate as many players posibble to gain expirience and chemistry for the second round of qualifications. So far we had ups and downs in the qualifications. We had some good results and we had some matches where we needed to do a better job. I hope it will be better this season. We have a small problem with the players. I would appreciate your help with this manner. We are short with players in the attack and right wing. On the right wing we have only Kai O'Hare and he doesn't have a good enough substitute, and we have for now 2 attackers without a suitable substitute. And they both play in the starting line-up. For now they look good but the whole season is ahead of us and I doubt there won't be problems with them ( cards, injury,... )... So if you have in your team someone suitable and good enough for the national team on this apositions please PM me Thank you.

Anyway, I found some substitutes... Buckley is an universal wing so he can jump in on both sides and I called Joshua Toose as third attacker

Our first win in this qualifications I count on few more wins. It's a shame we got it so late and the qualify spot is a bit far bur not unrealistic...let's see how it goes

So, my dear friends, at the end of the season I am leaving my position as your national team manager. It were great 2 seasons. I learned alot, I hope I helped the national team to get some great results. This season wasn't really bad, unforunately we lost some points last season that I hoped we will get but besides that it was a good, succesfull season.

As I am leaving I would like to give my support to my current assistant Payo Patak. He knows all the players for the NT already, he has scouted all 16y old players for the next season and he would really like to continue to do my job. So, I think, he is the best joice atm.
