You can get potential superstars from a low level sports academy but until the training and regeneration are at a good level, they won't develop quickly enough to be selected at national level.

While level 15 is best, most Aus managers aren't there yet so there are plenty of national team players with training facilities of level 12 or 13.

There will be a few bot teams in Div.I next season so with sensible management you shouldn't have to worry about relegation. The teams who finished in the bottom half of the table this season are mostly only a couple of seasons older than your team so you should be competitive with them quickly.

Invest in your facilities and stadium capacity and everything else will follow

Div.I is tougher so u need to get few key players now, SA and HR are crucial..better lvl, better players,.. superstar comes only once a while, staff helps too..

i decided to go to challenge cup with 16 year players because i think that for us is much more important to have some chemistry for the next season than the result on challenge cup

sorry guys we have no chance on challenge cup with 16 years players and no chemistry but we need this chemistry for continue qualiffication where we have chance to go to the WC
