In the case I win the elections, I have already arranged our first friendly match against Croatia U17

Arranged friendlies with Croatia U17 and Paraguay U17, still in contact with national team managers of China U17 and Montenegro U17

As I have the majority of votes and tomorrow starts the main voting I have taken first steps into preparing myself of winning the elections...I have started to scout all the current 15 years old players ( going to be 16 next season ) so I will have better look on the players that will come in 1-2 seasons...Also I am looking at your clubs for more 15 years old ones to add them to the player database...

I have arranged few friendlies already...

The most important part is, with the database cisco gave me and current players on the national team eligible for next season, I have made a list of players that are going to be called up into the national team. I have 4 goalkeepers, 5 full backs ( maybe one more ), 4 central defenders ( maybe one more ), 6 central midfielders, 4 wings and 4 attackers ( proprably one more 'cause we have great 3 attackers and I am considering to play a formation with 3 attackers )... So there are 27 players that are going to be called 100% with the possibility of adding 3-4 players more and the rest are going to be places for high quality 15 years old players yet to come to slowly introduce them into the national team

Also, for now we have arranged friendlies with Croatia, Paraguay and Switzerland

I want to thank you all voting for me. I hope I will show you that you didn't make a mistake. Anyway, now begins the hard work.

In the first match we saw how some players reacted on the pitch. As I already said to crico, we are not going to use wings as we have great central mid's and attackers. Current wings are under the standard which the rest of the squad has.

Expectacions are to be each season better and better. Currently we don't have a very strong national team but I hope with time we'll get stronger...

Also, I started to scout the 15-16y old players and after I got them all scouted and in my player database I will see if there is needed training advice or something else, especially for the youngest ones...

Nobody wrote anything here since the elections. I would really like to hear what you have to tell about my work so far and I am open to listen and discuss any suggestions you have.

So far, in friendly matches, I have been rotating player I will count on in the qualifications and players that are going to be 17 years old next season and will be an important part of the national team next season. So, in this seasons preparation it has all been about gaining chemistry for qualifications.

I think we have a solid team and we can be optimistic about qualifications and can make a better result than last season. Hungary and Sweden are the best teams in our group and Estonia is just behind them. With the rest of the group I hope engine will help us to make some good results.

Good luck, should get a bit more interesting now we head into the real games - World Cup qualifiers!

Well, we were better than mexico, we were stronger than Mexico, but we didn't get the win. I wished the engine to help us but here it helped Mexico. This is my first time I am managing a national team and I am still learning. Despite small mistakes I made ( didn't notice Foster has a ban for playing this game and I didn't substitute him and old substitutions I forgot to delete in the line-up ). Despite those mistakes we were definitely better than Mexico and I expected a win but we didn't get it. When we meet them at home I am sure we will get it.

I am sorry for those two small mistakes I hope you will understand but despite that I think you will all agree we should have had won that one

Everyone makes mistakes.

A couple of suggestions:

1. If Morse is meant to be on the bench as your reserve striker, you should probably mark him as such so you don't end up with a goalkeeper coming on in the forwards as just happened. Ditto for the other reserves.

2. Bulley and Bowan are trained as side forwards while Foster is a centre forward. The three forwards will work most efficiently as Bowan (L), Foster (C), Bulley (R).

3. Sign up Joel Stone and Kai O´Hare . They look like they will be next season's wing midfielders. And consider bringing them on as substitutes as wingers to see how they go. Because I suspect other sides will try to exploit our wing weakness.

After some time of scouting Australian players for a posibble national team next season I can't to not notice that there are players with good prospect and to develop into great players, but their current teams have really low facilities. Some of the have training and regeneration facilities 5(!) or 6(!). Unforunately those players can't develope fast enough and will proprably not reach the potential needed to enter the national team. I have tried to contact their managers and explain the situation but I can't forse anyone to sell a player. Even so, nobody guarantees they will end up in a club with high facilities. That's the sad part of this job and for you guys that want the best out of the national team

Good result tonight grabbing a draw against Uruguay who had won both previous games. Little bit of luck in Uruguay playing a defender as striker. The important thing was taking advantage of the luck you had.

That is the one thing I was hoping for in matches like this one. To take advantage of the luck factor that will the engine offer us. I still regret our first match where we should have won and it would look great for us with 4 points in the bag so far :/
