I think most of people are using counter tactics wrong by choosing directly counter tactic without considering own strengths.
Guide says:
"For every style of play there is an effective counter-play, which can give an advantage to the team that uses it."
"Every team has a different composition of player attributes and therefore a different style of play is suitable for each team."
Counter tactic can give advantage, but it's not effective if you don't have suitable players for the style of play you choose. For example defensive play requires defensive attributes from attackers, and attacking play requires attacking from defenders.

as I said yesterday, there's nothing like that...
suggestion from thread about tactic change suggestions that is planned on Slovak forum:
Slovak:
English:
It would be great that use of tactic will depend on team composition - to pay attention to it. If someone play offensive but don't have attack for it, it will actually make it worse. Or if someone will play forechecking and don't have aggressiveness, his tactic won't be affective (Summary: interconnect tactic use with team composition)
maxo's answer:
Slovak:
ano....presne nad tymto rozmyslame
English:
yes....we think about this
So this team behavior is not implemented yet

Counter tactic usualy helps in outshooting your opponent but if your goalkeeper is not up to its task your screwed.

I've thought I'm lucky with pulls but ehh... That's not much above everyone else here. My SA level has always been one of the highest and thus my SA has provided more youths to reject and accept.

I fear Stan must have finally cracked the code and realizing what a load of bull excrement it is gave up on wasting time analyizing things further. Or perhaps he skipped the cracked the code part and came to that conclusion anyway.
That was a long read...so I'm worried to add my two cents about SA development, but the entire discussion, I noticed, revolved around youth pulls, and disregarded the second, always fruitful, use of the SA: training camps. I think of the pulls like the draft lottery, and the camps are why I invest in the SA.
I'm glad someone here has a good mind
I believe that when PPM developed the SA, that's what they had in mind.
But, saying that, there are people who appear to have received many more star players from their SA than others have, which is a point of contention, disapproval and anger with people.

Fair enough, though I imagine that any distribution less than completely even would generate that kind of irritation, even though a completely even distribution would take all of the fun out of the game. I understand the advantage that the disparity creates, so it should be controlled, but I don't think it should vanish--unequal distribution is actually more realistic.
I'll be making my first youth pull at level 12 this Friday, not aware of anyone who has pulled players at this level yet so will be interesting to see what is produced
Hi guys! I have one question.
How does the national players training work? I have read somewhere that they have a bonus. But I haven't notice any changes in my NT player. Is he just unlucky or am I wrong about this?

I see that some clubs have goalies or other lines with 15 pucks in strength. What will happen after they reach 20 pucks? How could we measure strength then ?
I'm afraid there are not so good mathematicians in the PPM team as they thought that are. I hope I this statement won't be taken to seriously, but some things here would really need some more attention.
