Is the main determining factor of the youth pull your sports academy ranking?
The official answer is yes only the SA and luck. Now some, including myself, also believe it has something to do with country of origin i.e. some countries have a little favorable advantage built into the code.
I find that hard to believe. It just seems so because they have 100 times the number of teams we do. I think that the level of your youth academy staff is important as well.
well in another hockey sim i play i have the max for training, academy, regen, and i think i have had maybe two 90+ youth pulls.
oh good point about the staff I forgot to mention that. As for the other tho there's a difference between number of talented players pulled into a country (number of teams) and the number of those players brought in to the teams (wtf). If you look at the higher end teams in certain countries you'll see them all getting 1-2 (or more!) rockstar type players per season where you don't see that here or in most countries. If it is just "luck" then the system is broken.. If it isn't "luck" then the system is fuxed.
I think there's more teams like Leggs in other countries in the top two divisions.
I've still never pulled anyone higher Q than 82. Pulled 2 82's now though...

Dman, so you can have a D-man who can shoot, pass, good tech, and good aggression.
So instead of waiting 2 weeks to get a bunch of crap pulls, we now get them every week. Big Deal!!
I'd go D, make him a fine offensive D man who will be lights out in the PP in a few seasons.
