True and sadly it will take new teams like mine 10 seasons to catch up...
It only sucks though because I have to change the tactics every day if you speed it up... From the friendly to the League game... I really need the propack.

All you have to do is change match importance. I only have propack because of automatic training.
Yeah, lol I don't care about training right now. I get like .10 per day.
Again, I don't think the creators do any sort of back compatibility with the features of their other games.
That said, I don't think it will be necessarily beneficial to speed up the game. Quite frankly, once your team is at the top of its game, there's nothing really to keep you engaged. I suspect Pep Guardiola felt the same thing when he won everything at Barcelona - what more is there to do? Go try the same thing at Bayern? Meh. Go try the same thing at Man City? Now that's a challenge.
Anyway, I'm committed to the game, insofar that I've invested enough time that I want to see my club get to the top. Unfortunately, there's nothing to guarantee that once I've gotten to the summit that I won't want to come back down the mountain.
Apologies if these metaphors and random analogies are killing y'all.

That's why they need a super league like tescosamoa was saying. It could work something like this.
Each country has one spot in the super league.
You win your country's championship.
You go up to the super league of all the champs. (You could have a huge league or multiple leagues.)
But then at the end of the season the new champ in lets say USA. They would then face the rep from the super league for USA in a three or five game series.
If the new USA champ wins he takes the place for USA in the super league. It would then cycle again and again.
In my opinion it would keep long timers in the game because you not only have to conquer your country but all of PPM. If you win the super league....Well your good.
I know its similar to the Champs league right now. But you would not face any of your country for that whole season. Just the best. Can someone tell me where this is flawed? Or is it just stupid? (Sorry for all the run on's.) lol

It's not a stupid idea. Actually, I think the game does a pretty good job of that sort of mechanic, with the club world Cup thing, and the actual world cup. The real problem comes after you've won it all - what's the incentive to stick around?
Well with the set up I proposed only one team in all of PPM for each sport would win. So it would at least decrease some teams leaving.
But it would also change the thought process of super league teams. Thinking that they can stay
as long as they beat the USA champ.
But if you win the super league. Why not stay and create a dynasty?
Yeah but I get what your saying that incentive problem can not be denied and will be there no matter what...

Not many people want to create a dynasty in a game that they've already "mastered"...
Personally, I like those kinds of games. I had a long-running game on FM2011, managed Villarreal (they were my "bounce-back" club after I got fired for managing Osasuna poorly...) for nearly 10 seasons and established them as the top football club in the world. They created a new stadium in my honor and a whole bunch of other stuff. It was nice. Of course, then the computer on which I was playing that game crashed and I lost all of that hard work...

After a couple of seasons of owner disinterest leading to performances well below expectations, unintended free agency losses, and missed youth pulls, I think it's about time to fold the Arlington Betamax in their current iteration.
Over the course of the end of the week, I'll be selling much of my top-end talent: the best will go on Friday, the next tier on Saturday, and everybody else on Sunday. So keep an eye on the market if you're looking to improve your team--lots of NT-level players available. I may hang on to a couple guys who'll hit free agency next season anyway--I'll use them to hopefully win a few CWC games to help the US stay in the top tier of international participation.
Next season, the team will move to Salt Lake, go 0-0-42, and put together a roster of high-quality 15- and 16-yo's to develop (with preference for US players), in hopes that the rebuild will spark more of my interest. If you're planning to sell a young stud during the season, especially one with US NT potential, I'd appreciate a heads-up. If this is all successful, I'll be back up in I.1 in a few seasons!

That's what I did last season. My team was unable to compete in I.1, and I didn't want to spend money on salaries and acquisitions to maintain a ~14th place team. I earned a few hundred million in sales and am now approaching a billion in a season or so. You'll make substantially more money for your players.
Last season, I went 0-1-41 in I.1. This season, with a level 15 HRE with 100% marketing, my general sponsor is 9,829,699 per week (5 stars), and my media sponsor is 9,462,539 per week (4 stars). Of course, before tanking, I had a 13th-16th place team in I.1 for 4 seasons rather than a top 8 team competing in international tournaments.
With a team averaging around 18 years old, I had a difficult time avoiding promotion this season.

How is your Media so high? Mine is like 1/10 of my general.
It's actually 3-5 million less than what it usually is due to bad OTR as of the end of last season.
When you complete your arena, your media sponsor can be as high as or higher than your media sponsor. This is in addition to making up to ~10,000,000 per league game in tickets and souvenir sales. Maintenance costs are 1,228,175 per day for my arena, but the benefits outweigh the additional costs.

Yeah, I'd like to finish up with maybe 1.5-2 billion, although I've been pretty disappointed with the free agent payouts lately, so I might not even make it there. I'll need it, though, because I'm not really sitting with good 15yo talent on my roster as it is, so I'm going to have to get aggressive in the market.
I'm hoping I don't regret giving up a top team with a high OTR competing in the IC's. I probably could've even won the CWC this season if I had been watching for the finals. But my team's been stagnating for a little while and I'm just not finding it super interesting at this point. My hockey rebuild was pretty fun, so maybe this will help.
