I became a billionaire in PPM soccer this season for the first time. It would be fun to try to get all of 1.FC Corona's players and usurp his position, but I'd probably only be able to get 3, maybe a few more if I sold a lot of my players. Then I'd struggle to keep those players.

Only six more seasons until my current roster becomes old enough to become competitive, and then I can use my money to fill in for the players who had bad CL and for free agent costs.

For now, I think I might be competitive for a top 10-14 spot next season in my return to I.1.

Good evening gents. So I was wondering how active Americans teams are in soccer, among other sports? It's been awhile since I've been around these parts. Was thinking of bringing the Typhoon back but noticed that there's even a few dead teams in II.1.

As you can see, the boards are fairly quiet, and we do seem to lose a team or three per season to burnout. However, with the retirement of FC Corona, there's no clear #1 team for the first time since shortly after the sport started, so there's an opportunity open if someone wants to make the effort.

I used to be focused on developing prospects, but I started to focus more on making my roster competitive this season. For a long time I carried way too many players. I've decided to get rid of all my mediocre prospects, even though I could develop them into decent players and perhaps make a minor profit in time, and instead focus on my older players.

With that in mind, I just dumped a ton of prospects onto the market. They may have qualities ranging from above average to bad, but they all at least have decent OR and could be assets to newer teams or teams that are lacking prospects at a particular position. If the national teams are interested in any of these players due to a lack of depth at a particular position (since none of them merit NT selection on pure merit), I would encourage the NT managers to buy those players or else encourage another advanced team to pick up those players. They're mostly, except for a few older players, available for 10,000. I will terminate any of the 10,000 players that I don't sell by Wednesday.

It looks like I accidentally beat Chaos Theory yesterday. I forgot to switch my tactics back from very high after playing in the Cup Winners' Cup the previous day. I still think they easily win the league, though the competition for the other positions should be exciting.

It's nice to see a bunch of teams all challenging for the top spot as opposed to the usual 1 or 2. I'd rather not become another FC Corona, sitting in first for 20 seasons.

I'd just like to make it my goal to get to this league. I have quite a few seasons to go, I think.
