Hello Guys,

I'm the new coach of U19. Unfortunately the Estonian youth teams are in a very bad condition.
It is vital to recruit young 15-year-old boys from sports academies and drafts.

Personally, I can not help you for discover young players but I will help you to grow them.

Very few active managers are in Estonia but we can achieve success in the long run.
