Just started yesterday.

For the facilities i should upgrade:
Training
Regeneration
Human resources
Sports academy

But what about the staff members ?
How many should i get ?
Should i wait to get 1 each 2 weeks or buy more of them in 11 days when i'll be allowed to ?

Don't fork out too much cash too soon. You'll get some soon enough.

There are cheap 10K staff you can buy in the market. Read the guide and learn how each of the 2 attys for each staff member do as a function within the game. You need 2 coaches, 2 physio, 2 managers and 2 sports directors for sure. the other 3 you'll need 2 eventually. The primary influence in each area comes from the facility level 1st. So 2 good staaff, say coaches, won't meen anything if your training is level 1 for example. If a staff person has 10 that's 10% added to the effects of the facility level. With your initial 2 mil plus sponsor you want the following facility build minimum. Level 3 for trianing, regen, HR, and sports academy facilities. That will get you going. Buy players cheaply in the market after that if you wish. But other than goalie 1 player won't hugely effect your team. Facility upgrades are a huge key to the game. Staff are secondary to facilities.

CoachD, Stan7 is right on with the upgrades, but be careful, the most important thing is to get the best players for your money and get them training asap, and, as with any team, start building from the goal out. You'll find that everything will work out with the rest of the program with sponsors and such, but the team is the thing. I have three coaches and switch out the assistant according to what I need upgraded training with.

i went out ant bought staff for every position, I bought a few defence, a forward or two, and finally a goalie, my team is doing alright but im tossing all my money into facilities and what not

once i start getting good players i want to have the facilities and staff to get the maximum out of him
