We only chose an arena but did not see any reward from it, maybe having a large crowd is helping the local team? Is this possible?

Continuing my evaluation of our NT players per position. This time SF

SF`s Not the strongest position in the team. We have good players but lack of chemistry and depth. Ther is no position where players are so different. That could turn into strenght if well used. There is a scoring machine, There is the purest high rating SF, high chemistry and XP and there is the complete SF with block and shot who needs to had chemistry. Than there is a good alternative for the top 4 that is a mixed of the first 3. There is a fifth player who gets shots but not trained well as a SF (far being from equally trained). This position dont have, yet, on the team a young gun but there is couple of very good contenders on the depth chart.

Stu Fisher : CL 4/6 - fourth OR on the team. A scoring machine, can score from anywhere, he his tall (205) and has a high Shot and Jump. Lack blocking and passing, not a purely trained SF. Talking to his manager about this and says that it he'll stick with his unconventional training. Best way to use Fisher is in an offensive strategy, and ideally a technical one. Matched to a good passer is a good idea. Can play in motion but he is less effective, definitly not a shutdown player. Decent experience and the best chemistry at the position.

Tristin Bellaire : CL 4/6 got the number 2 spot late this season. Second in OR at the position, he his the purest SF on the tream. He is "almost" equally trained. He is leaning toward speed, effective in motion offense. Has a good shot and is the best blocker at the position. He has fair experience but lacking chemistry on the team, need to play all friendly game to raise it. He his smaller than other SF (194) so one could hesitate to use him a lot but he his currently the best alternative on the team.

Gord Lisbie : Use to be the team #1 SF. but is not training at the pace of others. Before Hodge injuries, was for a while the 5th OR in the team. Started season 5 as the second SF, have been surpassed by Bellaire. However he is still effective because of his experience (best in the team) and chemistry (#1 at the position). He has the size (205) and the main attributes give him the best rating of the team. But for two season now he has not improved his shot and block. He his now well behind the competition, making him hard to use in both offensive or defensive strategy. Could be a good idea to keep him on the team for another season since he his the best alternative in case of injuries (like what we have now, Bellaire and Hodge injuried at the same time)

Spencer Hodge : CL 3/6 Was seen as a good #2 but was injuried during the tournament, he slipped last in OR. he his evenly trained but blocking. Has a good shot and good experience, can be effective offensively, but he nows cruelly lack chemistry with the team since eh haven't played the whole season. Maybe better to give palying time to a future star than to a 4th SF in the team that has 23 and a 3/6 CL already given how hard it is to build chemistry with the few games the NT team gets in a season?

Austen McCarthy : CL 3/6 thought he will be effective given his amazing shot, but he has not improved his SF rating at all as he has not trained in some attributes like pass, technique and blocking. Lower experience than other without chemistry. More, he has small size and low undevelopped blocking. He his currently not an alternative to play. I would prefer make room to a young, pure SF, than using quality time to give him chemistry.

SF depth chart

David Stefan : On the depth chart, OR:400, CL 6/6, 181cm. Will he ever get the adequate size for an SF? He is equally trained. Could be a good asset if he grow enough. will still be a diminutive SF though. This player has the fourth highest average quality in the country

Ethan Forest : CL 4/6 Given his OR, he is theorically the second best OR in Csnada but hw his on the depth chart and not on the team why? Because he his nor trainined as a SF. He possesses the passing hability of a PG but he his to tall to be one. He his small for a SF though (196) and get very low numbers in many attributes,, mostly, technique, speed, shot and block. He his fine in jump and aggressivity.Dont understand the way he is training.

Dwayne Michaud : CL 5/6, this 17y boy has everything it takes (OR : 443, higher than Hodge and Lisbie) to be on the roster except the size (188). We will follow his growth next year after he turned 18. He is evenly trained but has sub-par shot and block (both equal). A good year of development and growth makes him on the team next year. short term as a #3 SF but eventually he could the Canadian #1 or 2 SF, depends on his final size.

Daniel Gilbert : CL 6/6, 16y 179cm, OR 419, but as with Stefan, concerned regarding his size. But as 16y he his already above Stefan. We will now in 2y if the growth is enought. Need to follow him closely and a choice between him and Stefan is probable.

Tod Butler : CL 6/6 18y 204cm, OR 411. This guy from "Reflex de Montréal" if trained equally i(his current Rat is 28) he is maybe our next young guy. He has the size, the age and he his already the starter SF on his team. The reflex are building a Level 12 training facility, so unless sold, expect this guy to grow his numbers fast. Contacting his manager regarding is current numbers, a must.

Neal Larocque : CL 5/6 18y 197cm, OR 397. This guy from "Les Aigles de Québec" if trained equally i(his current Rat is 27) he is maybe our next young guy. Butler and Larocque are in competition for the SF job with the NT team. On the down side Larocque his smaller, but their is no problem if he still grow. The aigles are building a Level 12 training facility, so unless sold, expect this guy to grow his numbers fast. The question is will he get Butler? Contacting his manager regarding is current numbers, a must.

Bryon Butt : CL 6/6 17y 196cm OR376. This 17y player from "Royal City Principia" worth following. The royal city has good training facilities. We must inquiry regarding the current status of Butt. Properly trained he is a good candidate since he has the size that fits the position.

Louie Reeves: CL 5/6 16y 186cm OR 367. Long shot from "Winners BC", Level 11 training facility. No info on his numbers. Keep an eye on him.

Westley Harle : CL 6/6 15y 188cm OR 346. This player from "BC Bullfrogs" has sixthieth highest average quality in the country. Very long shot, but Bullfrogs have a level 10 training facility. If growing and trained properly could be our next star!

Wooooooo Butt got a mention! Do I ever train guys poorly? Do we even know what proper training is?

SF is the easiest to figure out proper training as all 5 main stats should be even. Of course we still don't know how much value we should put into shot and block. I go with everything even, figure it makes for the best all around player

Would be interesting to know what everyone else figures are properly trained stats. I keep mine simple...

Of course SG I'll favor SHT a little more and C I'll favor BLK a little more but that's the basis I start from

Just want to note that Hodge has been traded to a team from Poland.

And for Laroque, he will be my starting SF next season, and I building him more like a defensive player.
