Right! The rating and blocking numbers are important numbers. Along with rating that represent the adequacy for the position. Keep in mind that 80% of the team is already set. That is why I am looking for long shots and potential. Thanks for the warning anyway!
Hey everyone! Willing to help our NT? If it happens that you have scouted players from Bosnia, Sweden, Hungary or Romania, could you write to me please?
Thanks in advance !
Thanks in advance !
How about Bellaire for SF, he's better OR then lisbie with all stats even. He will also grow more being 4/6 and on a team with level 12 training facilities
Interesting question indeed! I have asked it myself too. I don't pretend knowing more than you so I I am open to propositions. That said, no strategy will be discussed on this forum as opponent read it ( I know it for fact as I have been contacted by some other country managers who told me so - having English on our forum do not help being private but even with foreign languages google translate do miracles!).
In this case, there is no secret. My opinion is it really depends on how much you value shot and blocks vs experience and chemistry. For attributes ( except block and shots) Lisbie have a slight advantage. But the big differentiator between them is the experience and chemistry of Lisbie (you probably don't have access to this data) and the shot and blocks of Bellaire.
This is not an easy decision and this is why it is good to have Bellaire close and ready. I will probably try him again soon.
Hope it answers your interrogation and thanks for your interest in our NT!

I imagine bad shot and block was the reason too to not put St-Jacques as a starter. (witch was a good decision)
already started with Hungarian too
7 players scouted
7 players scouted
it could be time to give him his chance.. only 5min played

Great indeed! We would not been able to afford a lose. At least we stay on the race. What a performance by Adam by the way!
One thing that is hard is that it seems that other countries have a more developed players. Year after year our best players are falling behind. As an example most countries have their best players in 120+ for their main skills. And secondary skill are close to 100. This is 20 points more than our players (in both primary and secondary skills).
We should hope this is because we are investing elsewhere than players dev, like sport academy. If it is that we should see the results in the coming years!

OMG we lost against Sweden by 18points!?
In VH and same strategy which with we destroyed Bosnia, how is it even possible?
Things are complicated for us now we have at least to beat 1 of the Hungary (#1) or Romania (#2) and Bosnia need to loose their games.

My heart is broken actually
4 more points and we were qualified. its a sad conclusion for us :/ We gonna make a final review of this World Qualification soon.

A 3 point shot with 11s left sink us. I knew we had a chance. I am very sad we did not make it. The lost against Sweden was the bad one, we are better than them. Of course lessons have to be learned. We should start to document them. I'll make a summary of the achievements we made to grow our NT infrastructure as well. Thanks all for you support and to have sent your best players stats. This help us developing our NT database. Special Thanks to Farlen322 and Looney Tony to have given good advises and for the many international players you have scouted. Should we ever meet any of those team again we will be in pretty good shapes in the future.
