And by the wy, is this the same thing for the sponsors offers ? I mean, if I have a weak DHR, is a 2-stars offer a real bad offer, or maybe it's a good offer marked 2-stars with my weak DHR, but which could be marked 3 or 4-stars with an higher DHR level ?
I hope I'm clear with my formulation...

Can National Cup games be scheduled at least a day earlier next season? Cancelling a friendly on the same day it's supposed to be played and not allowing a chance to reschedule is really...unfortunate.

So, I just promoted to level II and it was suggested that I blow some dough on a coupla' older players. I've scoped out a few RFA/UFA's about 1100 OR (highest attribute ~300) aged 26-29.
I've not bid on any free agents yet and was wondering; if my bid is not the winner, will I see the winning bid afterward? AND/OR Could anyone ballpark an amount I should bid to have a shot at these guys?
