I dont know anythink about file you described.. But I made for my needs basic excel sheet with players attributes. Im counting player strength for his position just based on experience and value of useful attributes..

No, it's a bigger research with thousands of players included. I've got a high feeling it's not in the Magazine at all but at someones own website.

It was by me but it was a long time ago. Was merely probabilistic data from teams looking at how many were at each level. I have read most of Glanvalley's stuff but don't recall anything being there.
