Hello, I have a question about the new relegation & promotion key.

I don't really understand how it works for the lowest level of un uncompleted league. For instance, there are only 25 IV-leagues in France and i wonder if it is a problem. Where do the 17th and 18th of III.x go? Are they relegated or do they remain in III;x whatever happens ?

I understand that, in II.2 for instance, 2Oth goes to III.2, 19th goes to III.6, 18th go to III.10 and 17th go to III.14.
But what about the III.6 ? If I still understand, 20th goes to IV.6 ans 19th go to IV.22. 18th is supposed to go to IV.[6+2*16)=IV.38, but there is no such a league. So, do you count modulo(25) ? ie, do I understand that 18th goes to IV.13 (38-25). And must the 17th relegation league be found by the same way (ie, IV.[6+3*16]=IV.54 ; 54=25+25+4 ; --> IV.4) ?

And what about the 19th in high-numbered III-league ? For instance, what happens to the 19th of french III.10 to III.16? Do they play in a relagation round too with teams from IV.III to IV.16, or are they saved whatever happens?

Does stars evaluation correspond to the level of my EHR facility like in Sponsor offers?

Star evaluations is only for players' qualities and it does not correspond to facility or staff levels. It is random.
You can pull a 5 star youth with level 1 facility.
Only overall rating corresponds to facility level.

The real question was :

When I pick a player from my academy, does the stars are an estimated value from my DHR (and therefore if my DHR is weak, the estimation could be false), or is this the real value of my player at these positions, no matter my DHR level ?
