I was hoping for more turnover. There are more active managers in our IV league than in their III league. The top team clearly deserves to move up. Three other teams could easily get by on luck and slip into the top 8 in III. The ones who stay behind might not have much incentive to stay active.

The swiss U20 national coach didn't login since a few days. Is it possible to rename another manager for the job?

that's too bad, but we can't just change a manager whenever we like. there have to be some rules. the community elected this manager.
Jup, but the community can not anticipat, that a manager will not be online at the world cup.
So in my opinion thats a emergency situation.. shouldn't that be a point of the rules?

well solutions is rather easy... put as assitent runer up in elections and done.

I don't think it's fair interfering with the situation. The rules are the same for every national team. If your NT manager is inactive, that's not something we should interfere with. There are probably more teams like that. Where do you draw the line between active and inactive manager? The only problem here is that there are world championships going on. The manager should have chosen an assistant if he knew he was going to be away during world championships.
I think thats a special situation, an emergency situation! And if a national team takes a disadvantage because of an involuntary manager-absence, the ppm team should take an influence.
I don't speak about blocking the manager, but there must be a possibility to release him from NT mandate.
In emergency situations like this, the rules should be more flexible.. in my opinion.

Sorry, but this is not one manager with some team. This is a National Team! Behind this team is a hole nation. We electet this manager... yes... but someone knows him? i dont think so... This is Internet!
Anyway. Let us set a assistant so this manager can set the settings for the games. And everyone gonna be happy...
