bad idea... what if in some countries votes goes 170-70 and those 70 press dismis? new voting?

Whatever, this deficit have to be fixed. Otherwise you will have more lively debate's like this in the near future.

I'm not a visionary but I also do not blindly votes for someone who has not designated who will be his assistant while campaining for the position.

So I stand by what I said before. The rules and tools already exist. And I'm sure that naming an assistant will be something that will be essential while campaining for the National Team in th future.

Another problem to the point jusper mentioned, what do you do in small countries like Ireland, where not so many managers play the game?

I think the idea of NewKode is a very good step. If, let's say after two weeks after the election no assi is selected, the runner up f the elections will automatic be slected.

In that case, maybe the problem is a league like Ireland (with 25 managers) have a NT.. if they can't get 3 interested managers to run the NT..there's no point to have a NT...

in a big country it could be 200 votes, not 50, this is not a real problem to set up.

Why? There are enough rl examples of nt with foreign coaches. I have been u20 coach in Ireland for a few seasons.
But like Wysson wrote, the problem could be solved by a percentage-quorum perhaps.

The point of a NT I think is to represent a community.. to have 1 foreign coach it's ok.. to have all the NTs controled by foreign coaches, means the community don't care about the NT..


Nothing against Ireland, but then let's give a NT to Venezuela, Iran, Greece, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Australia, Chile, Israel... all of them with more users than Ireland.

About percentage-quorum it could be an idea.. but again..I'll give you Ireland example, what type of percentage could be applied in a country where only 6 users voted?

Fact is, it is a countries duty to elect their NT manager, and it's the NT managers duty to select the NT Assistant Manager. All else is i irrelevant. For future reference, do more research before selecting an NT manager.

I'm confused why my 4* general sponsor offer has gone down 450k per week from last season's 5* when I have HR 13 (up from 12 last season), +30 OTR, rank 9 in the NC (up from 17), and placed 9th in I.1 in the regular season and 11th in the playoffs, which is up from 1st in II.1 last season.

All those increases, and I'm still getting a lower offer? I thought PPM was trying to discourage sandbagging...

you NC performance has no influence here. Last season you got a bonus for promotion, this season you don't have that. And you are comparing a 4 star offer with a 5 star offer too.

If the new offer were 5* it would be about the same as last season. I guess I didn't realize how much of a bonus the general sponsor gets from promotion.

It just doesn't "feel" right that my team is in a better position this season than last, and yet I'm making less money. Maybe the promotion bonus to the general sponsor should be removed and instead added to the one-time promotion bonus payout at the end of the season. It's the same money, but structured differently, so it avoids feeling like you're making less money despite performing better.
