No, the costs will lower because the teams coming up now have huge sums of money because of the youth of their players. As everyone has players that hit RFA/UFA status there won't be as much disposable income.
You can't hold against people that they would leave the old server in order to have a better chance to compete.
Ideally, ppm would be designed in a way to offer everybody a fair chance to compete, even if you join at a later stage. Then there would be no need for different servers. As much as I would like to start all over with no other teams having that advantage, I would rather see this game improved and played on one database.
For example, a handicap on Top Division teams could be installed, like when you win a championship you get a penalty on teamstrength.

Yea, they have a huge sums of money NOW. However, the situation will likely not be the same in couple seasons when most of the best players are 26+ years old. Also keep in mind that players older than 32 will hit the UFA market every freaking season which means that one player can actually cost you hundreds of thousands every season. If you've got 20 NT players like some teams have got now, the money needed to keep them all can actually be higher than the income you can have. Keep in mind you can only pay season bonuses for 4 players per season so the top teams can't "protect" all their quality players. On the other hand the UFA costs for low league teams will be clearly lower.
So, PPMs financial strategy is that it will even out after what? 15 seasons?
Nice game plan. Just wait 5 years guys, it'll even out.

Yea, since the beginning of the hockey, the problem has been that owning a top quality player costs you absolutely nothing so you can maintain tens of them if you just manage to get them first. In more realistic world, the player would require a much higher salary as the best teams are financially capable to pay more than ten times of what they've been paying now. If an other team offers clearly higher salary, the player would jump there.
Hi Vlady,
you guys did a great job with NT so far (U18 & U20, NT energy, special tournament 1 season...).
Do you plan on adding new challenges to these teams?
The friendly season is so booooooooooring and almost meaningless. Could you please change the way NT qualify for WC?
That way NT managers would have a greater/double challenge, they would have to really manage/use the whole roster, manage with energy...
BTW can a NT player get injured even if NT/club energy are different?
Thanks for your answer even if it might already have been suggested somewhere, sometime
Cheers

When player gets injured doesn't matter if he has different energy in club and NT. Injury sidelines him for both teams.
As for improvements ill leave that to the head stuff

Perhaps we could create a different competition that could take place during the season to make it interesting, but it's not a priority at this time.
"Pas de bras pas de chocolat" like we say in french...no money no game
