definately not fun - not unless they make the nonames at least somewhat of a challenge for the league they are in. Even then it would be dull without the people to talk to.
The issue is that currently the countries without their own leagues are all together which means even with only a few good teams from each country you end up with some good competition.
In the aussie soccer we went from having some decent teams in the other world type group to having only two top teams in the aussie league and it took the fun out of it for a long time. It has taken ages for the rest to provide any competition for TB but it is finally getting close.

While i've enjoyed all the league championships, it's been very tough keeping faith in the game when there's been no challenge. But as you said, the comp. is getting close now so things are starting to get much more fun again.

In france a manager have make two same friendly in the same week (same players, same tactics,) and the stat are really different.
So, of course, I know that they are a random part for the calculating the game, and they are one day of training between the two game,and finally result are near …. BUT i'm surprised by the importance of difference in the stats of the match.

Yep, offensive zone should be the same. And it's funny that it isn't.
why should they be the same? Just because the same teams play back to back games doesnt mean they will play a duplicate game. Some breaks go one way or the other, some players play better or worse one day to the next.

Yes in RL, but this is not RL. If this was replica of RL then we should have all the options and tools managers have in RL. I should be able to see if some of my players aren't so eager to play today, and similar bull.

Having a better team doesn't mean the interaction will always be the same, it just means that the random numbers will have a larger range in your favour.
If I have 200 Off and 200 Shot against a goalie with 100 Goa, 50 Pas, 50 Tech then maybe my shot will be (based on Random Number Generator) 1-10 wide, 11-30 on net but weak, 31-60 on net but medium, and 61-100 on net and hard shot.
The goalie will be 1-40 makes a save, 41-100 lets in a goal.
Now the numbers can be "rolled" very differently in these two situations, even if everything else is the same.

i for one would love to see some of this type of thing added to the game. Alas i think this would probably be too much for most people. Ill have to wait till i have the time to write my own sports management game
