I hate to see so many National players from so few teams. I think there should be 2-3 players cap from same team, not more.
Imagine U-18 teams And U- 20
I don't see any new talents there, just young players with high OR from top teams, that will grow higher again
I think I have a solution to these complaints. Every 10 seasons (or so), relaunch the sport. The existing game continues but a second one starts. This will result in many dropping out of the first edition, but you will also see many managers run in both. PPM should see an increase in subscriptions, and development expenses will be minimal. Just my thoughts.
I don't like that idea.
I think they should just remove the sponsorship bonuses to the NC, CWC and CL.
Maybe not completely remove them, but definitely reduce them.
The rumor I hard is that CWC (or CL) is a 10-20% sponsorship bonus for 2 seasons.
That is WAY too much.
I've shown that all of Canada's money/talent is derived from a select few teams who had early success. Every one of those teams are still in the upper echelon of hockey, even after 10 seasons.
I think it that way, why all manager would want own best team in whole ppm? I care just my own country. Example in Finland there is a chance to be top 10, if you have started game early. I mean, everyone has chance to build their facilities up to 15. It is just only right decision and get learn this game. I prefer always everyone build them facilities(training, academy...) all the way lvl 15. Only thing where you can be behind top teams is money, but if you get good juniors you have a chance catch up some top teams, at least your own country.
Maybe the rich teams can help there fellow countrymen by PPM introducing the ability for teams to donate to their National Associations. This $$ can then be distributed amongst the lower league teams with the lowest league getting a greater % of the $, and league 1 teams nothing...
Rankings of most charitable teams can follow, teams can choose whether to accept charity or not. Might bring some equality and build community.
This is the only chance you have to close the gap to the top teams after a loooong time: good player pulls. and if you don't have good pulls, there is not a small chance to close the gap ever.
I beg to differ on that. As long as there is an influx of new managers, there will always been good players hitting the market at young ages.
Since this game doesn't allow trades, only the market, then the top teams with the financial advantage will get all the good players off the market.
So the ONLY way to move up is:
1) Be lucky enough to pull a bunch of studs yourself.
2) Be lucky enough to get a stud off a market without a top team out-bidding you.
