Every team is promoted/relegated in the usual way.. the removed team is than replaced by the higher OTR team in the division below.
Can i drop my team all to way IV-division? I play NeXT season III.10, and i want to go down IV-division. Is that possible?
lol, if i play some country who have 6-divisions, i can drop at least IV? Maybe V division too.. Is it fair to everyone? I want go IV division to build my team again, and when i am ready i start my mission and try go all to way I.1. But if i cant go IV....
You can't drop to 4 next season, but I don't see any reason you can't drop down to 4 the following season if you wish to continue losing, it appears that the IV leagues are fairly full in your country. You just can't jump 2 levels in one year.
But I also think the game wasn't designed around people who want to lose all the time, and you're going to get less sponsorship money at lower levels, so why not try and win. You'll make more money losing at higher levels than you would winning at IV anyways.

Yea, but i mean after next season. And what i want to do, is that i want go up to IV-division, and start there promote all to way I.1 division. If i get promotion IV-division, i get -15% lose to OTR, and if i can do that every season until i am I-division, i will get huge OTR and good sponsordeals also. I have one of the best teams in Finland couple of season, at least i believe that.

5 seasons and i am I.1, if i could go IV, if not it's still 5 seasons, i have calculated it. I have 3-lines with 15-16year old players avq qualities 92,5%, i know no-one has such talented young club in Finland. And i don't care much my sponsors will drop, because i get "compensation" selling lot of players. Thats why i would start again after next season IV-division, and start promotion every single season. 
I see you have facilities also, but it's too long for little bit of cheering afterwards. Who knows what will happen tomorrow, catch my drift ?
This date, 3 seasons ago shortly after the launch of hockey, 2009-05-03 I had under 7 OTR and was drawing <100 fans/game. And now look. Wow.
Vlady when will you create an option, to quit tournament if it hasn't began yet? Last year i accidently joined a tournament, and didn't take a close look at the start date of the tournament. As it turned out, the start date is at the end of 2012. Now i can't play any other tournaments, and have to wait for a year.
you can play tournaments in between. Obviously you cannot just quit a tournament. It could put the tournament founder into a bad situation.
