it's not that much. you have to reward success.
We are aware of the growing gap between the rich and the less rich and we are considering some changes to give a better chance for the chasing pack.

Rewarding success is extra OTR, extra exp.
Don't forget that these are already the top teams.
Instead of saying "it's not that much" how about you give some actual numbers?

Q: Does the level of Sports Academy and its staff have any influence on the initial career longevity value of prospects? (not the path, just the starting number)
I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure no.
I'm pretty sure that SA only affects initial OR
I'm pretty sure that SA only affects initial OR
That's very good question
But I'm afraid we will never know the answer
As i get it, it's like in real life - rich are getting richer, poor will stay poor

That style is contrary to the cyclical nature of sports though.
Except in extreme cases, generally teams go through a period of domination and then a period of sucking, until they can dominate again.
Some baseball teams are exceptions to this because of their huge wallets.
Games like this thrive on competition and the hope to be the best, unfortunately by the nature of their design of this game, any hope to be the best is merely a false hope that is realized after playing for a short time.
This game is essentially going to alienate themselves from their own players.
I also want you to know that I was one of the people saying "Nothing is wrong, try harder" until a couple of weeks ago where I learned a few things about this game.
The economy is completely illogical and the whole system is designed to keep the top at the top and to make it virtually impossible for new players to compete.
I'm not whining, I'm just trying to open the eyes of the other players and developers.
I've bought about 1.5 years of PROpack, but I'm not going to buy anymore if there is no chance of me ever being a 'great' team.

It also doesn't help that vlady and the devs tend to ignore or dismiss any claims that this game is imbalanced and need fixing.
They would much rather make open new sports and increase the aesthetics of existing ones.
Unfortunately for them, you can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig.

I think that old and rich teams are bored with the game now and they too want some changes from devs to make this game more competative.
@ TheChad
You started at season 1. You should be 1 of those rich teams. We almoust have same SA level, but I started at season 7. Don't blame devs for that.

My issue isn't when teams start, but it is with their initial success.
Teams that started in I.1 and that won the first league/NC/etc are the dominate teams in the game because they get substantially more money than everyone else.

First NC winner is Montreal Strippers (currently I.1 4th)
Runner up is inactive
Second NC winner is Montreal Sasquatch (I.1 1st place)
Runner up Bulldogs de Terrebonne (II.1 1st place)
Third NC - Montreal Stripper
Runner up Montreal Sasquatch
4th NC - Les Nicol Bolas (I.1 6th)
Runner Up Bulldogs de Terrebonne
5th NC - Les Nicol Bolas
Runner up - Montreal Sasquatch
6th NC - Burnaby Cougars (I.1 13th)
Runner up -The Cheetarian (I.1 9th)
7th NC - Montreal Sasquatch
Runnre up - Burnaby Cougars
8th NC - Montreal Strippers
Runner up - The Mighty Oil (I.1 5th)
9th NC - The Mighty Oil
Runner up - Montreal Strippers
Frequency of Appearance:
Strippers (4) (5 NT players) (Cup Winner's Cup Seasons 2,4,6 and Champion's League Seasons 3,7,9)
Sasquatch (4) (2 NT players) (CWC 3,6,8 and CL 9)
Terrebonne (2) (0 NT players) (CWC 3,5,6 and CL 4)
Cougars (2) (2 NT players) (0 CWC, CL 7,8)
The Mighty Oil (2) (4 NT players) (CWC 9, CL 6)
Nicol Bolas (1) (5 NT players) (CWC 5,8 and CL 3,4,6,9)
Cheetarian (1) (6 NT players) (CWC 2, 7, CL 8)
That's 24 NT players from those teams, none of which were original players.
These wins allow Cup Winner's Cup and Champion's League tournaments which can drastically increase OTR, experience of players, sponsorship and revenue (Don't forget, they are playing games with 3.5-4.5 OTR gain and sold out arenas while you are playing a friendly for a 0.33 OTR gain and minimal attendance).
However, it is the increase to sponsorship that has killed competition between the top teams and those below them.
Yes, I started in season 1 and I am one of the stronger teams in Canada (at least I like to think so), but I am no where near the top teams, nor will I ever be with the inequalities of the game.
I'm not trying to whine saying "Why am I not the best" but I'm instead trying to open the eyes of the Devs. They don't listen.
I'm also not trying to take away from the accomplishments of these teams.
They did a great job to get too the top, it is just sad that the game is designed to keep them there.

I totally agree! Money = greater success in this game.
