Vlady, what's the order of distribution?
For example, the team in league IV in Canada with the highest OTR going to go in III.16 or III.1 assuming there's a spot opened in both?

And do these teams get also the bonus money for promoting? And a smaller loss in otr?
Can someone explain to me why my oppents goalie got the 3rd star over mine. I can't seem to figure out what I'm missing as a factor to make his goalie 3rd star over mine. Thanks in advance.

Because he was the home team, and everyone knows the home media who votes the 3 stars in is biased.
Or maybe it's like in Montreal, and he has it set up so that the fans vote the 3 stars.

their OTR is reduced as if the were promoted regularly, but I don't think they get the prize money.
Can you fix that then please? Or perhaps give these team the option to say no to advancing if not? Hard to make any long term planning if you cant know if you get promoted or not..
What are the requirements for an Individual League?
E.g. What do I (we) have to do to get a China League.

Usually it's a min of 50 teams.

I think it should be 100 at least, so that you would have 3 league levels. This because you have a huge disadvantage economically with only two league levels. But on the up side you will probably win more matches and finish higher in the league, but still it does not make up for the negatives completely.
Problem is, many countries would struggle to get 100 teams, which would just annoy people, and be counterproductive.
Well. I can tell you that it is extremely annoying to have less then 100 teams, but still have a own league. Our base income (sponsorship money) is around 40-50% less then equal teams in leagues with 4 league levels, and 20-25% less than leagues with 3 league levels.
