Question for vlady, does experience itself has some influence on shooting result? I mean the situation when player has a chance to score and goalie attributes vs player shooting attribute apply. And secondary question, does player experience has influence if player gets into better chance to score? (If there IS situation of "normal" chance and "better" chance - which is supposed to be a rumor)

Is promotion due to inactive teams based on position in playoff or otr?
For example I finish 3rd with less otr then 4th. Will 3 or 4 get promoted in that case?
