This system is meant to compensate for the fact that it is easier to reach the top in smaller countries. We get complaints from both sides. The managers in big countries complain that managers in small countries have it too easy. What can we do? We cannot please everyone.
To get the maximum sponsor, the country needs just 4 league levels. After that it doesn't matter. There is no difference if you have 4, 5 or 6 league levels. To get to 4 levels a country must have 421 teams. That's not such a huge number.
Btw, Switzerland is over this number so you are not even affected by this. You get the same what Slovak teams get.
You criticize what you don't understand.

for me it does not matter if I live in switzerland to complain. I am complaining if I feel that others are disadvantaged. I could not agree that it's easier to become national champion in a smaller country. if there are 15 old teams in a small country it could be even hard to become national champion like in a big country with 6 league levels. I guess you should think about another system to avoid such problems. and I am pretty sure there is a way. but it needs some thoughts and analysis. maybe the current system is to complicated... maybe there is a much easier way to calculate the sponsor money...
421 teams... Vlady, most hockey games in the Australian National Ice Hockey League get only half that in spectators to a game. That's a national league... 421 teams in Australia is pretty much going to be an impossible task.
So it really IS a large number for some countries.

yeah, but you play in other world so this is not really an issue for Australia. Besides, this should not be a problem in soccer, yet the number of managers in Australia is very small. I think the problem is not the fact that hockey is not popular in Australia.
Soccer is ranked at about #6 or #7 in sports down here. Not just that, but online sports games are simply not overly popular down here.
But that aside, based upon what you've said, it would a bad idea for us to promote anyway, as it would result in worse offers.
I guess the test of that will be at the end of this soccer season.

Ice quality
*********
Players need the right conditions to be able to play hockey which is attractive for the spectators. Improving the ice quality contributes to the higher standard of play, which will draw more people to the arena.

hmm, I'm in doubt here, does it contribute to better play of your team or not ?
I thought I once read that it doesn't, am I right here or does it really affect play ?

Well, what can I say after raising a level of human resources, having 70 more OTR points than last season and having to consider a 3 stars contract offer which is 80 millions less?
I will survive but I'm puzzled, theres lots of teams out there who doesnt have money to do anything at all, yet we're getting less money.
I thought games were meant to be fun, doesnt we have enough survival issues already in real life in such tough times? Although saving 30 quid is pretty good too, cant really complain about that.

ok, so I was right that I did hear that once before
thx

What is the penalty for having 3 levels? Is it the same for 2 & 1?
I don't think only 1 level exists. 3 levels get more then 2 levels, but less then 4 levels.
Of course 3 gets more than 2 and less than 4
I wanted to know how much more/less.

Lot of people will quit to play hockey because of this (mean contract "problem"
. My opinion is that u made very big mistake....
I fallow my contract and this is really ridicules. I have 30 OTR points more, 1 lvl HR more, better managers, and still get 4* same contract !!!
Something wrong..

You are complaining you got a 4*? You know that how good your team is only impacts the value at each level of * offer not the odds of getting a higher * value...
I'll trade in my 2 days of 1* offers for your 4 star ANY day!
