Here we go, first lesson: don't want a good offer and you'll get one good offer.
Let me explain in detail. At the beginning of each season I want top youth pulls so badly and I'm so excited and I get extremelly bad pulls. Then by the end of the season I naturally don't care about the pulls. I get my best prospects on day 109 of each season. This last season pull makes me so mad that I really don't care about sponsor offers when I click the "show offers" button. I've always had at least 4 stars for my offers.

It seams that no one can give me a good reason about that..

I wonder about such a luck for a long time (I never had to accept any offer lower than 4*). Sometimes I guess that fortune is not the same here in PPM as normal...

Your managers aim too high, none of the sponsors are able to come up with the money your managers would consider 5*.
Seriously though, it's all about bad luck. Some people get good pulls from their academy, some get five star offers from the sponsors and some get neither.

It seems that it's funny to get different offers. but I ask me if it would be better to get one offer I MUST accept. calculated without any fortune... then no one have to complain. or would there be still complaints then? Hmmmm...
This season i got 1*,1*,2*. Should i take 2*. Is auto offer always 1* or it is random too?
It's random, I'd go for the auto.
Random. I got a 4* random offer a few seasons back.
