I`m just trying to do some finicial planning... how much does a level 5 upgrade cost for SA
if you play in international cup you already have a higher sponsor offer, plus you get very good OTR points for every point you get in that competition.
I have lvl 9 sport academy and 39% junior trainig. What is the max OR that a plyr can have coming from academy. I know its luck but does that luck have min/max.
Nobody knows the max/min. You'll have an "average" and the deviance one way or another could be quite large. I don't suspect you'd get lower than 100 OR or higher than 350 OR. But I have no idea. Just a quess.
Once a staff member reaches the 1000-100 maximum does his salary continue to rise each time you renew his contract or does it remain he same until he retires?

My staff that have 100-100 skills have 190.000 salary. One of them sign the contract tomorrow, and I play in top league...

that is maybe because you in Serbia have 3 league levels? as it was problem with sponsor offers
