thank you for an ambiguous answer that tells me nothing so that I still don;t know if my internet is the issue or not.

To further Dumbo's comment... it's fine here, so it might be just you. LOL
Blues try a traceroute to the ppm site and others and see if you have a bottleneck somewhere. ICMP is not the end all for slow traffic on port 80 but it can give you a glimpse.
If a country has 6 places in Europe next season- 3 in Cup Winners and 3 in Champions League...
Does Champions league take preference? For example if the two finalists in the Cup are also in the top 3 in the play-offs do they go on to play in the Champions League or Cup Winners Cup?
Furthermore if they both go into the Champions League, who goes into the Cup Winners Cup, I presume the two other semi finalists would get a place, but how about the other place?
So many questions!

I thought it might be the highest seeded quarter finalist next, shame as I am the lowest!
The chosen are the higher seeded teams amongst the 5th to 8th places.
