During the game calcs before games (the hour leading up) are non-PRO Pack managers able to view and bid in the market? Just want to make sure.

Wednesday in the 3 hours leading up to game calculations. Not game calc hour for sure. Before the server overload issues you could get good money from 1 hour past the games themselves
Aim for them to end 2 - 4hrs AFTER the Wednesday game calculations.
By that time the server load is reduced, AND people have sponsorship money.

obviously there are different opinions and I think everyone has a preferred time.
Mine is between 4-6 am my time ( i am usually up) which is about 0600-0800 PPM time.
But one thing we all agree on is Wednesday after people get their sponsorship money.

A couple of months ago this wednesday choice had better results. I still agree it remains the best day, but the offer boom is cutting down the soaring prices on that day. We had strong evidence on this last thursday, when both wed and thu offers were put on market together due to failure in the wednesday calculations.
Personally I think it's important to aim for the auction to END Wed well after game calculation.
