Hi,
it was the point of that Latvian experiment to eliminate all these factors and look only on the goaltending rating (not the in-game performance) for just one GK with energy 100/100. This rating is independent from the build of defenders, tactics and importance. I've seen the data for some 30-40 keepers (with different builds, including A-skill monsters and something like 100-80-70) with my own eyes and it fitted the [2:1:1] * (1+exp/500)*(1+chem/500) paradigm perfectly.

It's only for goaltender.
I think, if player has ratio 2:1:1, it gives team strenght.
But we have other factors for players.
Technique gives less penalties.
Passing gives more chances realise powerplay.
If you have OR-300
Winger has
1) 150-75-75 - team has more strenght
2) 130-105-65 - team has less penalties.

Thanks guys. I am thinking about asking a bunch of people for this information at the end of the season. Come up with the odds of losing CL based on age.
Huge rosters. I guess I accidently hit enter. Typing in the dark is difficult sometimes.
What do you call huge? I've got about 25 people on my roster.
Some people have 50+ rosters.

Right now the fees are not enough to deter me away from keeping the players. I have lots who are being trained for the market or good young players who I am training so long as they have 6/6CL. With a recent massive decline in CL of lots of players I'm going to train while they have high CL and insert into the lineup once that tapers off a bit.
