English speaking people call it blender. And I'm happy that our multipractic (blender) has finally ended the debate about "penalties" for excessive secondary skills. Well, there are real penalties for excessive Aggressiveness but that's out of this context.
Actually if you google those two words, blender will lost on the first page

Well, that's because Multipractic is actually a brand name for Braun blenders. They were quite popular around here, so term multipractic is used for blenders generally. But it's not even an English word.

"Maybe we should imprison Vlady and inject him a truth serum"
That's a great idea as long as by prison you mean take to a bar and by truth serum you mean vodka!!

Ok, I'm with this because I've got lot to confess to Vlady myself

i was poking around looking for teams to challenge, and i ran across one that has 4 staff members (or more) for every position. why on earth would someone do that?
Traing and selling is certainly a large part of it. Also pulling a lower current OR guy with good quality so you don't set him as manager or assistant till his attys are as good. Also multi builds on managers for example. Keeping 2 guys to just train atty 2 for sponsor offers. That's a good investment IMHO. Considering the size of sponsor deals versus the cost of a contract. Simply find guys with high atty 2 quality and train them 112 day a season on atty 2. 2K a day is just 224K a season. 20 points on atty 2 each season has got be a whole lot more than 224K your spending. My 2 guys train .17 and .18 a day.

For great deals like this
used to have about 40 staff members at a time... the tax reached 50% i'm done with that. (Almoust)

Long time, no writing. But cavaelen, you did a pretty nice analysis there. You would (if you are not!) definitely be a nice economics researcher. Specifically in advanced micro - consumer´s choice - preferred bundles theory and alike.
I never took the deserved attention, but this
"Ex2A from guide"
100 - 80 - 50 > 130 - 80 - 30 (total 230>240)
This shows that having high primary compared to 2nd secondary with equal 1st secondary is a bad use of extra skill points.
tells us a lot.

(if - and only if - the guide is 100% correct on that bundles comparisons)
Enough of flood now.
