hmm but i still find it stupid... i think the cup winners should be all qualified directly...
i mean why the cup is named cup winners cup, when out of a country the second is qualified directly too and out of another not even the cup winner comes in becaus he has god kicked of in the quali...

Isnt stupid. U have in real football same situation. Look Serbia for example, our champion always play Q for CL, just because low coefficient. Same situation here.
from which country is the second automatically qualified?

but that's a different tournament. in Europe there is no second place that automatically qualified I believe.
No. Only Serbia and Slovakia have 3 teams directly in CWC and CL.. And that is because Kraljevina Srbija and FC Black Bird won CL and CWC. All other country have 1 in CL (I.1 league winner) and 1 in CWC (NT cup winner)
when I look at the Slovak teams in CWC, two of them still need to play qualifications. Only CWC winner and the Slovak Cup winner are directly qualified.
