Yeah It can be hard to get the money for construction. I took out loans to be able to upgrade Regen13 and HR12. I'd say the most important single factor to long term success is maxing out facilities as soon as possible, which is why I did that.

My hockey training has been at 12 forever At least it feels that way. For some reason it takes forever to save up any money in hockey. If I take out a Medium loan, I might be able to finally get it started after sponsor money next week.

I'm assuming you want the Goldfish to win because you don't want them in your league next season. I'll try to keep it interesting, but we'll see how it goes.

I almost didn't change my tactics in time, I think I beat the timer by a minute. I had an injury to one of my players as well and barely got my lines changed as well (I had scratches set, but it wouldn't have subbed the way I wanted). All 4 of my lines managed to score, so that's a big plus there.

In the end, your decision to "give" up 2nd place didn't matter. Home-ice advantage only applies if the series goes to 3 games. Good luck next season, hopefully we're not in the same league.
