ok, so unscouted is more accurate than scouted with poor HR?
not sure if i should be investing in the HR..

Scouted is always 100% accurate regardless of HR. HR just increases or rather decreases the time it takes to scout them.
Of course. Scouted numbers are the same no matter who scouts them. Those never change.
The difference in HRs is with unscouted Qualities. The way I think it works is a lower level HR has a wider range around the real Q, while the higher HR has a much smaller range. I'm just picking these numbers off the top of my head. A level 1 HR might be 30 points off. So a real Q of 65 could show as 95 or 35 to HR1. HR12 might be off by as much as 10. So that same 65Q could show as 75 or 55. There's a slight possibility that the HR1 could ranomly show closer to reality than the HR12, but HR12 will be more accurate by quite a bit in the long run.

That was a big win over the Oranges today I expect them to come to the top eventually, so it's nice to get a bit of a lead early on.
sound good, i dont have any hornets players scouted but here are few i do.
if you could post or email me their attribute and quality values that would be awesome, thanks!!
bombsville
Brent Rimando
Mintauts Lejiņš
Chester Beadle
gold fish
(im not sure if he is reading this, but i figured somebody might have scouted his players, at least the young one, J.Jean)
Gayle Beelman
Clifford Bennett
Joseph Jean
draco stars
Zdzimir Melian
staff:
Tory Bauman
Tyler Burk
1 player, i know lame..
i just never cared , but now i do. most of my players are not training well. i only got them, so i can advance to 2nd division and be competitive, i never cared about their qualities, age or career longevity. at this point i need to rebuilt my team with players that will improve and keep making my team stronger.

Man, you have some internatinal team I put Zdzimir in my scouting queue. in 2 days I'll have him scouted
I understood the higher your scouting/HR it improves your "guesses" for unscouted players. Like an unscouted player with low HR is wildly off while a high HR sees close to the real qualities
I'll show you one of the best assist men during the last two seasons, Mintauts Lejins
Attribute (Quality)
Off 155 (62)
Shot 153 (72)
Pass 27 (50)
101 (72)
100 (62)
Yep. One of the top set-up men in the league has a whopping 27 pass. And the Q is so bad that I never bother training it I actually want to move him out of the top 6, but RW is weak position for me and the dude just keeps producing.
Be careful on the market. Make sure you scout someone (or get scouted Qs from the other manager if you're a trusting sort. Most people don't lie.) before spending big money. One bad purchase can set you back a few months.

But at the same time, if you can get a clear upgrade at a position, for cheap, go for it. IE, you see a goalie that is years ahead of any of your starters going for 100k... Get him! You aren't going to train him further, it's a rental, but still worth it
Remember the actual values are always right, and don't need to be scouted

all matching, except the aggressiveness Q..
so i guess there are differences..

yes, that is the idea. however, i dont think i can replace my starters for cheap. most of my players cost over 2M, my goalie 18M... i did this because my training facility was non existent and i was not willing to putt around in 3rd div. i believe i can find players that train better and hopefully within a year or 2 will replace my starters.
No. There is no difference for scouted Qualities. I made a mistake. Lejin's Aggression is 60Q, not 62.
Nice game today, HK Brahma. I probably spelled that wrong
