What I can say is I put my mind and heart to it fully. We'll have the strongest squad possible. We'll see where that stands us on the map. The next thing we will need and in buckets is luck - even the best teams do. Hopefully Canada will start a climb up the rankings.
So...what we have to build on:
306 players with OR 1500 or above
137 players with OR 2000 or above
47 players above OR 2500
It'll take some weeks to analyse them.
A few aging players I've already sent out to pasture. More to follow if there are options to replace them. Surely the team need some fresh legs.
This week we'll assess those that we already have in th team.
Overall I say the team is definitely have strength. What may be lacking is depth but we'll see.

Now he's in, what chemistry does he have in your team?
That doesn't affect NT chemistry from what I understand. If you're trying to get a sense of NT player rating, chem is 100 on my squad.
Both chemistry and energy on the national teams are calculated independently from home team numbers. New players coming up start with 100% energy and 0% chemistry, unless they are moving from one national team directly to another. This is why building and maintaining chemistry on national teams is so important. In addition, their chemistry falls off between their last tournament game this year and the first tournament game next year.
Yr right. I wanted to know what he is capable of at 100% chem.
30% drop in chem. by the start of the new season.
Was I? In Hungary he was because someone wanted it while the rest did not even pay attention.
Yr keeper sits at 89% chemistry now. When he reaches 100, I'll switch goalies for the second choice.
Anyway, the whole first team is getting straight chemistry-wise, which means a bonus for the next season when they all start at 70% instead of whatever I took them over with.
