There is some probably some cleaning to be done amongst oldies. I wish we will try new tactics and lineups to turn this team around after missing WC for the second time in a row

Hello PPM soccr fans!!!! A new era is upon us!!! Many of you know me from the NT Hockey program, others I would like to Hello and Happy Holidays. Upon first glance, I see only minor changes need be made. My plan is to field 2 seperate 11 man squads, with 1 sub per spot. So basicly 3 teams. I feel this should be our goal forward with all managers so we can actually build chemistry. Cause ours suck!!!!! Our NT experience is also very lacking now. And I would like to some sort of farm system setup betweem top teams and up and coming teams. This is a Nation Game and I have 3 Billion to invest into player development. I ask for a new or enthusiastic manager to spearhead the operation. This will bring back fun to old managers, and include new ones in the excitement of the NATIONAL PROGRAM. I would like this to be an open discussion, we need a plan, a way to implement the plan within the rules, and we need everyone on board. So who wants some responsibility? Who makes awesome plans? Who wants to dump $$$? And who wants to be a youth builders? Lets do it!!!

Our best bet is if the top teams actually develop young talent. This *will* be at a cost to them in the form of excess player fees etc. I'm keeping more than I should for this reason. But, I have let guys who who are U17 worthy, just not at 15-16 years old.

I would like to help to develop players but my team is too bad I try to find good Young players in teams outsinde Canada.

Our club kind of runs like a half-way house for disadvantaged youth with no other real life options in front of them. We try to keep them off of the street by getting them into soccer, kind of like how hockey uses the game to develop tough guys rather than have them end up in jail. Feel free to peruse our roster and we would be happy to lend any of our guys to the national team!

Just got my training facility to15 in soccer and my academy is close to 15 so I'll try keep my kids unless a better Canadian team would take them. If I get demoted anytime in the next season or two I'll move the old to give my kids full playing time.

After beating US in IC we are in the playoff and play China tomorrow.

hmmm I already did forgot a deadline for one of my CM free agent and he is gone fairly cheap.

With Kenora coming back I'll need all the help I can get. In all seriousness though, I hate that. I lost a young maxed CB that way. Thankfully, I have 5 or 6 of them now
