teams don't bid to host WC. communities do. and only those that are actually taking part in that division can host the tournament so the answer is no.
Last season there were no bids to host the Division II championship. If the Other World community is willing to host the tournament, that should be better than forcing it on a country that didn't apply right?

My team sucks with engagements. It's like my guys can't win face offs and are regularly outperformed by 2:1, even by teams with similar OTS. My guys are trained 2:1:1 for the most part. Any advice? Thanks!

you seem to be sitting roughly where you should be in the league based on team strength. Only 1 team is above you that has lower team strength and they have been playing games on normal importance compared to your low and vlow.
Absolutely! And I'm not complaining about results. I'm just wondering why I lose so many face-offs. Today I was outperformed 40-21 although I won 6-3. Is 2:1:1 training bad for that. Would 4:3:2 be better?
well faceoffs are apparently dependent on offense and technique so more technique should help but not sure if you would want to end up with less offense because of it.
