I was not talking about the scouting efficiency one or two staffers provide, but the output scouting progress pr day.

For me at lvl 13, the numbers of scouting progress pr day is Base + (Scouting efficiency/2). Example: 94% + (80%/2) = 94% + 40% = 134% scouting progress pr day.
In real, the number is 132%, but I guess this is because the displayed numbers are whole numbers, and the numbers used are "hidden" decimals.

What I have not found out, is if the formula is different for different levels. In other words, if the denominator is greater then 2 in lower level facilities, and less then 2 in higher level.

X + (X * Y / 200)

X - facility influence
Y - staff influence

I can see my "mistake" now. X being 94 (close to 100), you would get Y/2.

It sounds like a glitch. I would post this in the reporting bugs thread so Vlady and the team are made aware of it.

what was different? PK and PP tactics? I see no reason why it shouldnt use the tactics that you set.

All the tactics (PK, PP, importance, style of play, 3 lines, etc.) were set to what they were before. I think it's stuck on the fact that I set a separate set of tactics for playoff games. I think I only noticed this now because for a long time I used the same tactics for playoff games.

In your planning screen, do you have playoff games set to that tactic still?

normally it is like this hockey.powerplaymanager.c... however, I changed it for the playoffs, but I didn't change it to this hockey.powerplaymanager.c... I changed it to something else.

I did not set it as hockey.powerplaymanager.c... but the example from this season's playoffs is using these tactics.
