OK, I guess that makes sense, but what should I do with my 15 yo trainee? Should I just train him every day at 100% or does he need experience and chemistry too?
he needs all three of those, need to find a balance
btw: building up your regeneration facility helps the prevent big loss of training when playing matches

Experience is important, even for young players.
Can you imagine 0 xped player enter a league game ?
The lack of practice improvement is compensated by the experience gained, which has a significant influence on the performance of a player.
I think trainees should play friendlies to improve their xp, not for chemistry because it will decrease too fast to be effective.

What can you (PPM staff) tell to managers who feel frustrated with the new rule of new managers starting with better players and 2M income if they follow the tutorial?
Those guys who started right before this new rule feel like they lost their time and money (pro pack) just because the freshly new managers have such advantages.
Many thanks

Up !
New players have teams with a 230+ OR average players...
So their team is better than those which started 3,4 or 5 months ago ! ( and far better than ours when we were in S2 ?
)
What's the bug here???
I really dont understand why there is a so big change at this point, a management game should give the same package to a player , whenever he starts. Or am I wrong ?

They changed it so new teams won't get slaughtered. And yes, teams from before that time are weaker now than one-login teams. Add to that new teams get 2mil + 2mil in tutorial rewards whereas new teams used to get 2mil total. It's a good step forward, but it really put the group of people just prior to this incentive behind the 8-ball.
Yes, I know
I'm just sad for people who started just before this "fix" and feel upset about it

My suggestion would be that if anybody did join just prior to this change, that they contact Vlady or Ivan and ask for the same financial benefits, which at least might allow them to purchase a player or 2. In other words... express their concerns.
those teams do not have the advantage that very good players are payable for them. they have no chance to buy a player with AQ>90% for 20 Mio. like we did in season 2. In my oppinion this game is impossible to play for newbies. they have no real chance to get into best 20% teams in shorter than, let's say 6 seasons. and this is not good!
