I disagree. Clearly you haven't noticed that Last Place McGees has played the entire season on VL and currently sits in first place.
It all depends on how your individual league spends energy. Sure you might be able to play that game with it... but that's a risky bet to make (especially as a lower ranked team that likely needs all the money they can get to be able to compete).

Lol... I just pulled a high 200s 15 year old with unscouted 95 GOA. His current stats dont suggest goalie though. It's ok... His unscouted FiP and speed are 90 and 99... so he'll probably just end up being my starting right winger... we'll see where his scouted qualities are in a couple of days. If his qualities are too skewed towards goaltending, I just might have to train him that way.

I just pulled my second 3 star 300 OR player in the last few weeks.
First 4 pulls from SA11 are 222 , 206, 166, 155. All 1 star. At least the SA gave a good and bad player..,..lol
That tie today locked the 8 teams in the finals. Now can repairman keep 9th or did they spend their energy?
I got a nice 229 OR player. I think we need to investigate Outsider - he must be offering illegal benefits to prospects that join him. 
Actually I haven't had a decent prospect for a while now. Maybe 5 or 6 weeks. I had luck at the beginning of the season, that's when I pulled 5 guys with OR over 300. One of them has been sold. Other ones im keeping. Level 11 academy has been a bust so far. 4 pulls so far, and i always get 2 guys with OR between 240-250 with low Q's. I don't think I will pull any franchise players this season. There has to be a limit, and I hit it long time ago.
Tomorrow starting to build Education center level 10, and in the next 2 days TR level 12. 
Why education center? It is useless in my opinion!
Think about the future Handball draft.
Education center does nothing for the draft!!!
