Børre Aspen has helped me a lot. I am kind of scared that if I do make it into the championship game with LPMG a may loose and then play against Hanover Fisters which is a great team. I would cry if I loose today against you. I may even go on normal/low.
15 year old 6/6 goalie with OR 309 and AQ 87, just went on the market for 10M. Some German guy got a good deal.
Haha the fact that my best field player (of the backups playing during my camp) went down with an injury last night for 11 days definitely didnt help today.
I still managed to give you a run for your money in the first half though. But then my guys lost their shit in the 2nd.

hahaha... the II.1 thread just up and died a few weeks ago for some reason.
By posting here, i can still feel like I have some friends lol.
And as bulls4ever mentions... the results should be of *some* interest to you guys (to some degree). A good racer must always keep one eye on the rear view mirror, or he'll be surprised every time a person comes up from behind him.

haha... I've been posting in this thread all season, and I don't have much desire at all to be in division 1 next season.
why not? afraid of real competition you are young lanky?
Congrats on the 1st place finish. I am playoff bound
OG found its scoring lately. Now I can run a camp.

hahaha... i've got enough competition to keep me occupied in II.1 at the moment. Cunning Procrastinators will be coming up next season too.
The way I look at it is: I'd rather win as many games as I can while I work on my infrastructure, and then worry about coming up to division 1 if and when I can compete there. As I said before, unless you are a top team in division 1, you probably won't make as much money as some of the higher ranking teams in division 2 (especially with the new sponsorship setup).
I'd be a middle of the pack team in division 1 at best right now, so I'm fine with being patient in division 2 for now (if that's to be my fate).
Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to throw any games in the playoffs... but if i don't advance, I won't be too butt-hurt about it.

D1 3rd team would earn similar than 8th/9th D1 position.
Best D2 as much as D1 4th and 2nd D2 as much as 6th.
4th the same as 10th in D1
Any position lower than top 4 in D2 pretty much means losing money.
If one can join D1 and be in the playoffs pretty much means making money.
now with the new negotiation it could actually be better not finishing top 8 in D1 than among best on D2.

I absolutely disagree with that. I think you have it totally backwards.
I think the new contract structures favor high ranking teams in every division (rather than lower ranking teams in even high divisions).
If it's too difficult/risky for you to estimate wins or ranking due to your team being comparably average/weak in your division, you're essentially cutting out 2/3 of your available offers.
People that can rely on finishing in playoff position (in whatever league they're in) have a HUGE advantage over the teams where that is in question.
If I were to advance to division 1 this year, there's no chance in hell I'd take either of the bonus-structured contract offers.

on my hockey team i got not worth risking taking offers when i finished 4th in the league.
I think the risky would be worth taking if i were not a playoff team.
for example, playoff teams usually will save energy. Non playoffs could just burn and earn some matches earlier on Or just save all to win some matches later the season when playoff teams are playing on low/very low.
non playoff teams can play with the system better than playoff teams.
