Why? Then you pay severance fees. This way they're constantly at an ability that you want. You can buy crap Q'd guys and not care... likely for 10k each. It's WAY cheaper to buy staff than to train them. I'm debating destroying my Education Center to save on facilities expenses and just not train staff at all.
I just train them and dont renew their contracts when their salary will become way to high. then u get new ones and keep them until their contract expires
AHAHAHA beet you lying sack of sh-t. You said u were going very low..... hahaha. I'll be collecting my doobie soon.......

Yeah canucks.
I meant what Jax said.
I just don't re-new contracts and let them walk.

seems like a decent idea...... but then do you have to downgrade your staff everytime you get new ones?
I'm just trying not training staff for the first time.... does anyone know what the effect of not training a staff member has on their contract? If they go from one contract all the way to the next with no training, will their expected salary stay exactly the same as it was before? or will it go up slightly? (Just trying to figure out if it would be cheaper to hire and fire staff, or to just stick with no training)

Contract salary is based off of their attributes. C*(Atty1^3 + Atty2^3) where C=0.1 in division 1. Thus if you stop training them, their contract will no increase until you train them again. That being said their next contract will be higher than their current one (because they've trained since signing the contract) however if they haven't trained a point since their last contract they will renew for the same value.
thanks, you are a fountain of PPM knowledge. I like the sound of that better I think.
Not for staff. And I don't think so for players either. Players are a function of highest attribute.
That's too bad
that would be tougher and more realistic if salaries would go up even if training doesn't change, just because of age...

Agreed. It is one of the things that make this league fun. I worry about the future though. With the gap between the leagues growing, will we get to a point where the teams coming p are very weak and the teams dropping are dominating?
