whatt s realy insane is the salary of my employees

You can say that again. I made an analysis of my arena custodians this week and discovered that their salary is considerably higher than what they save me on maintenance on a daily basis for a value of 20000$. That's 140000$ per week that I am paying too much.

I discovered that for a level 7 maintenance centre the best I can hope for my staff to save me on a daily basis is around 2000$ assuming I can get low priced staff with obviously low OR. Considering the ridiculously low effect they can have and the relative difficulty of finding staff that fits the specific criteria, it may not even be worth me having arena custodians until I get my maintenance up a few levels.
